- What files do I actually get from the 360 tool?
- Two files: the colour video and a matching alpha matte, rendered from the same settings so they line up frame for frame. The finished MP4 set covers clips up to 20 seconds; choose the any-format tier for ProRes, H.265, VP9 or GIF, or for clips up to 30 seconds.
- Will it work with my 360 software?
- The output is designed around Snappic, the industry leader: a colour video plus a matching alpha video, which Snappic pairs as the main MP4 and clipping mask in its AI Segmentation effect. Any 360 app that accepts that same two-file pairing is compatible. Apps that want a single transparent file — Touchpix and LumaBooth take HEVC or ProRes with alpha — can be fed from the any-format tier. You get H.264 MP4 by default and can pick ProRes, H.265, VP9 or GIF when your app wants those.
- What is the watermarked proof for?
- It is the full render with a PROOF mark burned in, at 30 fps and up to 10 seconds, for 0.5 credit. Watch it, show the client, adjust, proof again. Only the finished set costs real credits.
- Do credits expire, or lock to a tool?
- Neither. One balance, every tool, forever. Buy 100 for a busy season and spend them across the year.
- Can I get a refund?
- Credit purchases are final. A render that fails on our side refunds its credits automatically.
