Terms of Service

The service

Booth Tools renders 360 photo booth backgrounds, AI trading cards, and AI photo booth mockups in the cloud. Tools, prices and features can change at any time. We may add, retire or modify a tool without notice, but credits you have already bought keep their value.

Accounts

One account per person or business. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Accounts created to collect the free sign-up credits more than once may have those credits removed or the account closed.

Credits and payment

• Credits are prepaid. Each tool shows its price in credits before you commit to a render.
• Credits never expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• If a render fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Beyond that, credit purchases are final — see our no-refund policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your content and the results

You keep ownership of the logos, photos and other material you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You own the files the tools produce for you and may use them in your business without restriction. Rendered files are kept for a limited time (proofs 7 days, finished files 30 days) and then deleted; download what you need.

AI-generated images are produced by third-party models and can be unpredictable. Review every result before it goes in front of a client. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, suitable or free of third-party claims.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have rights to, or that depicts real people in a sexual, defamatory or misleading way. Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or sign-up protections, or to extract our prompts and templates by means other than the exports we sell. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or profits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
