Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider. We never see your password.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a customer id, a record of what you bought, and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store the full card number.
• Uploads and renders — the logos, photos and settings you submit, and the files the tools produce. These are stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
• Usage records — your credit balance and a ledger of every credit movement, plus ordinary server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).

How uploads are used

To render your results, uploads are sent to the services that do the work: Google (Gemini image models) for the AI trading card and mockup tools, Anthropic (Claude) for mockup theme text, and Amazon Web Services for video rendering and storage. They process your content under their own terms and do not receive your account details from us. We do not use your uploads to train models and we do not sell them or your data to anyone.

How long we keep things

• Watermarked proofs are deleted after 7 days; finished files after 30 days.
• Uploaded logos and photos are removed on the same schedule as the renders that used them.
• Account details and the credit ledger are kept while your account exists.
• Deleting your account removes your account record and stops any billing.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make checkout work. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account from the account menu at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have something removed sooner than the schedule above, email us.
